I tryed, it cannot be done, the shader for the CG round does not use a diffuse texture it uses only the glow texture, sense with glow black means no glow, it is jsut invisible, the only reason mortar disk and gl work is because the shaders have a diffuse texture on the shader...sorry I swore it had a diffuse on it ( i tyred it a few different ways )

I will try a couple more ideas this evening

I can't get an entirely black CG round HOWEVER, I have a really mean looking red and black CG round black in the center red on the outside, it occasionally looks more red than black and vice versa, but typically mostly black (after about 400 rounds) it looks pretty bad ass tho

ok so install the Dice.ini in your system folder (it comes with the dice weapons update) then drop this file in your content art folder and your set

even though dice weapon skins works fine to me , the black cg skin isnt running properly, after changing diceweapons.pkgg from default dice's pack to black cg one chaingun is looking as it always did - white n shiny. what may cause this problem ?

did you update it?, install the Dice.ini from the thread in the "New Content" forum

This is amazing, so glad we finally got this ^^ No more losing sight of cg bullets in the fog

I have an issue to instal your cg trail :? I have put in my Art folder the Diceweapons.pkg file, and in my System folder the Dice.ini file.

+ in Visualeffects, I have changed the ChaingunProjectileTrail EffectClass to class'DiceWeapons.ChaingunTracer'.

May I forgot something ? Thanks for your help ;)

dont change anything in visualeffects.ini

u need to exec dice.ini before u join a game

"exec dice.ini" (without quotes)
