For all the TV players having issues displaying the serverlist, here is a workaround:

Thanks to qtracker, Tribes: Vengeance finally has a master server again. it is however known to crash form time to time, resulting in the serverlist not displaying servers.
We can luckily rely on a very simple method to bypass that issue:

(Note that you will initially need the masterserver to be online in order to set this up. If that is not the case, you will have to connect using the console command > OPEN "server ip" < and try the method below once the master server is back online.
You can find a list of the available servers with their IP's here.)

Master server crash bypass:
  • - Simply go to your ingame server browser and mark all the servers as favorite.
  • - Next time you want to play and notice the servers are not being displayed, simply click on the "show favorites only" button in the ingame server list.
This will manually track the servers and display them in your ingame server browser. No more need for console commands to join a game!
It is however not recommended to keep the "Show favorites only" box ticked all the time. This is because only the servers you have set as favorite will be tracked, meaning you might miss on some servers that have only recently been hosted.

Happy tribing!

Thanks, Cake!

Another workaround is by using B7ADE's Server Browser.

Simply install it, point it towards your game installation and you're off.
